Her teaching is rooted in her proprietary S.T.O.R.Y.™ Framework, which integrates faith, neuroscience, and behavior patterns to support lasting transformation.

In 2026, she launched Her Authentic Voice™ Academy, a mentorship space designed to help women prepare for authorship and leadership through pattern work, message clarity, and intentional execution. The Academy includes a Journal Lab, where women engage in guided reflection, prayer, and pattern interruption without judgment, and an Author Lab, where they develop voice, audience clarity, and writing discipline. For women ready to publish, the Academy also offers a Publishing Mentorship pathway that supports manuscript development, publication, and next-step positioning.

Coach Tara is also the CEO of Tucker Publishing House, where she provides behind-the-scenes publishing services for authors, small publishers, and anthology visionaries. Her work ensures manuscripts are professionally prepared, industry-ready, and stewarded with excellence. She additionally leads Inspired Narratives Co., a storytelling initiative centered on transformational and purpose-driven narratives.
