TERMS OF USE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing any product or service from Her Authentic Voice™ Academy, a brand of Tucker Publishing House, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products and Services

Her Authentic Voice™ Academy offers digital products, coaching programs, workshops, speaking engagements, and community memberships. All product and service descriptions are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product or service at any time.

3. Digital Product Delivery

All digital products are delivered electronically after payment is confirmed. Because of the immediate nature of digital delivery, all sales are final. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us at coachtara@tuckerpublishinghouse.com within 7 days of purchase.

4. Coaching Appointments — No-Show and Cancellation Policy

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. The following policies apply to all scheduled coaching sessions:

No-Shows

If you miss a scheduled coaching session without prior notice, that session is forfeited. Clients who have a no-show on record may not book future sessions without first paying a deposit, which will be applied toward the session. This policy exists because time is reserved and preparation is completed in advance on your behalf.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please use the rescheduling link provided in your confirmation email or contact our team directly at admin@tuckerpublishinghouse.com. We ask that rescheduling requests be made with reasonable advance notice out of mutual respect for both parties’ time.

5. Payment Plans and Default

We offer payment plan options for select coaching programs, with a required down payment due at the time of enrollment. The down payment is non-refundable and covers the preparation work completed on your behalf prior to your first session, including research, file preparation, and document creation.

If a scheduled payment is not received:

• We reserve the right to pause or cancel coaching sessions until the account is current

• We reserve the right to decline further services until all outstanding balances are paid

• No refunds will be issued for sessions already completed or preparation work already performed

Either party may choose to end the coaching relationship at any time. If you choose to discontinue, no further payments will be required for sessions not yet delivered. However, no refunds will be issued for payments already made, including the down payment and any installments received.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the preparation-intensive nature of our coaching services, we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered, accessed, or a coaching engagement has begun. All deposits and down payments are non-refundable. If you have a concern about your experience, please contact us directly at coachtara@tuckerpublishinghouse.com and we will work to address it in good faith.

7. Results Disclaimer

Her Authentic Voice™ Academy does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or earnings from participation in any coaching program, digital product, workshop, or service. Every client brings a unique background, level of commitment, and set of circumstances. Results are determined by the individual and how they choose to apply what is learned.

We are not responsible for how your audience responds to your offers, how the market receives books we have published or coached you to write, or any outcomes related to your business decisions. Testimonials shared on our platforms reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results for every client.

8. Call Recording and AI Note-Taking

Coaching sessions may be recorded using AI-assisted recording and note-taking software. These recordings are used to support your coaching experience — including follow-up on action items, session continuity, and refinement of our coaching approach. By scheduling and attending a coaching session, you consent to this recording.

Recordings are stored securely in your client folder and are available to you upon request. We do not share your session recordings with third parties. With your prior written consent, brief excerpts from coaching sessions may be used in our marketing materials. Your identity will be protected unless you explicitly agree otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our products — including written materials, audio recordings, worksheets, frameworks (including the S.T.O.R.Y.™ Framework), and brand assets — is the exclusive property of Tucker Publishing House, LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or resell any of our content without written permission

• Share purchased materials with others who have not purchased them

• Use our frameworks, brand name, or content for commercial purposes

Personal use of purchased materials is permitted. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10. Photography, Video, and Media

By attending any in-person or virtual event, class, workshop, or coaching session hosted by Her Authentic Voice™ Academy, you acknowledge that photos, video, or audio recordings may be taken. These may be used for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes, including on our website and social media platforms.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded in a group or event setting, please notify us in writing prior to the event. For youth participants, media consent is obtained through the parent or authorized guardian at the time of registration.

11. Coaching Disclaimer

Tara Tucker is a certified life coach, certified solution-focused coach, and holds a certification in behavioral science. Coaching services provided through Her Authentic Voice™ Academy are for educational, motivational, and personal development purposes only.

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, or medical advice and should not be treated as such. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek support from a licensed mental health professional.

12. Faith-Based Content and Spiritual Guidance

Her Authentic Voice™ Academy operates from a Christian, faith-based perspective. Content may include biblical references, prayer, and spiritual encouragement. Tara Tucker ministers from her personal faith in Jesus Christ and may offer spiritual insight as part of the coaching relationship.

This does not constitute pastoral counseling, pastoral care, or a formal ministerial relationship. Tara Tucker is not your pastor. Any spiritual guidance offered is meant to complement, not replace, your relationship with your own church, spiritual leaders, or licensed counselors.

13. Conduct and Community Standards

If you participate in any community program, group coaching, or online community associated with Her Authentic Voice™ Academy, you agree to:

• Treat all members with dignity and respect

• Maintain confidentiality of what others share in group settings

• Refrain from harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these standards. Removal due to a conduct violation does not entitle the participant to a refund of any membership or program fees.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tucker Publishing House, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any external site. Links are provided for convenience only.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
