PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date: March 16, 2026

1. Introduction

Tucker Publishing House, LLC, doing business as Her Authentic Voice™ Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”), is the data controller of your personal data and is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you visit our website, purchase our digital products, enroll in our coaching programs, or communicate with us.

By using our website or services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully before using our site.

2. Information We Collect

We collect two types of information:

Device and Usage Information

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser type, IP address, time zone, and cookies installed on your device. As you browse, we also collect information about the pages or products you view, search terms that referred you to our site, and how you interact with the site. This information is used only to identify potential cases of abuse and to generate statistical information about website usage. It is not aggregated in a way that identifies any specific individual.

Personal Information You Provide

You can visit our website without identifying yourself. However, if you choose to use certain features — such as purchasing a product, enrolling in a program, or subscribing to our newsletter — you may provide personal information including:

• Full name and email address

• Billing information (processed securely through Stripe — we do not store your card details)

• City of residence, phone number, or organization (when provided voluntarily)

• Communications you send to us directly

You may choose not to provide personal information, but doing so may limit your ability to use certain features, such as receiving our newsletter or contacting us through the website.

3. Why We Process Your Data

We process your personal information for the following purposes:

• To deliver digital products and coaching services you have purchased

• To fulfill any agreement or transaction you initiate with us

• To send email communications through Mailchimp, including newsletters, resources, and promotions you have subscribed to

• To process payments securely through Stripe

• To respond to your questions and support requests

• To maintain the security and functionality of our website

• To improve our products, services, and user experience

Our top priority is the security of your data. We process only the minimum amount of information necessary to serve you and operate our business.

4. Email Communications

When you purchase a product or opt into our email list, you agree to receive communications from Her Authentic Voice™ Academy. All emails include an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time. We use Mailchimp to manage our email communications. We do not sell or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full credit card number. Stripe’s privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information and can be reviewed at stripe.com/privacy.

6. Cookies

Our website may use cookies to improve your browsing experience and gather usage data. You may adjust your browser settings to decline cookies; however, some features of the site may not function properly as a result.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our website or delivering our services — such as Stripe and Mailchimp — under strict confidentiality obligations. These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.

8. Links to Other Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any website you visit after leaving ours, as each site that collects personal information operates under its own policy.

9. Information Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, modification, or disclosure. Your information is stored on secure servers in a controlled environment. However, no data transmission over the Internet or wireless network can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We take every reasonable precaution, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you

• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information

• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements

• Opt out of email communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at coachtara@tuckerpublishinghouse.com.

12. Legal Disclosure

We will disclose any information we collect, use, or receive if required or permitted by law — such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process — and when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

13. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13, except in the context of organized youth workshops. In those settings, we do not collect personal information from any participating minor without prior permission from a parent or authorized guardian. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us outside of these circumstances, please contact us immediately and we will promptly remove it.

14. Photography, Video, and Media Recording

By attending any in-person or virtual event, class, workshop, or coaching session hosted by Her Authentic Voice™ Academy, you acknowledge that photos, video, or audio recordings may be taken. These may be used for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes, including on our website and social media platforms. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing prior to the event. For youth participants, media consent is obtained through the parent or authorized guardian at the time of registration.

With your prior consent, brief audio or video excerpts from individual coaching calls may be used in our marketing materials. We will always request your permission before using any content from a private session, and your identity will be protected unless you explicitly agree otherwise.

15. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
